How to delete your account and your family's data
In the app (fastest)
- Open Kidoit and sign in as a parent.
- Go to the Family tab.
- Under Privacy & account, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email adarsh@thecomputecenter.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Kidoit account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted

Deleting just one child
Open the child's profile, tap ⋮, then Delete permanently. All of that child's data is deleted; your other children are not affected.
Timing
Deletion from Kidoit's live systems is immediate and can't be undone. Copies in our nightly backups expire automatically within 30 days. Technical logs, which contain no email addresses, are kept for up to 30 days.
