Kidoit

Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the Kidoit team ("we", "us") for your use of the Kidoit app and website. By creating an account you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Kidoit.

1. Who can use Kidoit

You must be an adult (18 or older) to create a Kidoit account. You may add children to your Family Space only if you are their parent or legal guardian, or have their parent's or guardian's permission. You are responsible for how children use Kidoit through your account, including Kid Mode and any device or email you connect for them.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email address and your Kid Mode PIN to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Family Spaces

A Family Space can be shared by more than one parent using an invite code. Everyone in a Family Space can see and change its children, tasks, rewards and points. Only share invite codes with people you trust.

4. Points and rewards

Points in Kidoit have no monetary value and can't be bought, sold, exchanged for money or transferred outside your family. Rewards are set and given by parents. We are not responsible for providing any reward.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Kidoit to break the law, to harm, harass or deceive anyone, to upload content you have no right to share, or to interfere with or try to gain unauthorised access to the service.

6. The service

Kidoit is in early access. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we will give reasonable notice before closing the service.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from how a family uses tasks, points or rewards. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Ending

You can stop using Kidoit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kidoit after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
